Abstract:	中國具有悠久的編修地方志傳統，方志起源甚早。方志被視為存錄與傳承地方史的著作，乃一地之地方歷史、人文地理與自然地理的綜合體。1949年後，中國編修方志經歷三個時期，1980年代中國推行「改革開放政策」，從中央到地方皆成立指導單位與實際修志機構，依行政區域的分級，可分為各省、市與縣三級志書編修機構。天津市為中國四大直轄市之一，自1985年始編修《天津通志》，預計出版86部分志與 18個區志。《天津通志》總編纂郭鳳岐就其個人的編修與督導經驗，撰寫29篇論文發表，可視為中國各地編修方志的最佳經驗傳承與實踐指導，有裨修志工作者遵行與參考。 China has glorious edits the local chronicle tradition, the local chronicle origins really early. The local chronicle is regarded as saves records with inherits the place history the work, is place of history, the human geography and the physical geography, as a place complex compound. After 1949, China edited the local chronicle to experience three times, 1980 age China carried out “the reform and open policy”. From as central all establishes the instruction unit as the place and actual repairs the will organization, According to the administrative division graduation, may divide into various provinces, the city and the county, three levels of records of events edits the organization. Tianjin City is one of municipalities in China, From 1985 to convey an ambition the beginning edited "Tianjin Tong Zhi ". The estimate publishes 86 parts of local chronicle and 18 area local chronicle. Guo Fengqi is Editor-in-chief on "Tianjin Tong Zhi " its individual editing with the direction experience, composes 29 papers to publish, May regard as Chinese each place to edit the local chronicle the best experience to inherit and to practice the instruction, has the benefit to repair the local chronicle worker to follow with the reference.
