Abstract: 本研究選擇DCPD為改質劑,探討DCPE含量對改質UPR之加工性及物理特性的影響。經由H'NMR鑑定及DMA之測試,確認改質UPR之化學結構,隨DCPE含量之增加,UPR之反式結構有下降之趨勢,導致二元環所形成之立體障礙隨之增大,硬化物之物理性質隨UPR反式結構比例增加表現優良,證實經DCPE改質之UPR可獲得易加工、低收縮性及良好機械性質的特性,最佳莫耳量控制在0.75mole~1.00mole之間。
