Abstract:	本研究運用實際探查及產學合作實習的機會來做研究，目的在於利用實際參予體驗去思考如何提升工作效率及廠內規劃。該企業以加工為主，代工車床、組件、鑽孔、研磨、攻牙等，由於多半以人工為主，偶爾會造成人員疏失的問題，而造成不必要的損失，因而作此研究，加入品質管理的分析及提出改善方案，並放入注意事項標語等等，且擬訂設施及倉儲的廠布規劃，並規劃更有效率的工作流程，以及製造過程中最順手的物件擺放方法，以減少組立物件的失敗率，進而提升組立物件的製程效率。
