Abstract:	近年來人們對於環境品質的要求已逐漸提高，講求舒適的生活條件儼然成為必要考慮之因素。人類對能源的大規模開發利用是在工業革命以後，起初主要是煤碳，以蒸汽機、煤碳和鋼鐵為主導因素的技術革命推動了社會生產，從依靠人力、畜力到依靠機器的變革；其實直到20世紀中期，煤碳依然是世界上最重要的燃料，但石油的消耗量也迅速增加。特別是近半個世紀以來，石油化工和交通業的發展使石油對世界經濟和日常生活的影響越來越大，並開始成為影響國際關係和世界格局的主要因素之一。因此若考慮以太陽能方式造就電力系統的應用，更具有環保、節能方面的優越性。
