Abstract:	這是在今年100暑假到大買家股份有限公司-國光店有做的報告，內容有包括量販業的介紹，還有針對實習部門-人資部的基礎認識，暑假兩個月雖然很短，但是讓我學到很多事。在實習期間，有參與招募作業、報到作業，了解在企業要招募人手時的前置作業跟後置作業。人事行政，幫忙新進人員建檔、整理歷年履歷資料，和總務事務的處理，中間還有遇到中元普渡的活動，所以人資真的要做的不止是辦公室的事務。謝謝系上跟企業給我們有實習的機會，這樣可以先讓我們體驗到職場可能發生的問題，雖然只有短短的兩個月，但我相信這對我在未來的就業上一定會有幫助，最後謝謝修平人資系和大買家股份有限公司給予的機會。
