| Abstract: | 修平科技大學人力資源發展系，為了讓學生理論與實務的結合，落實產學合作，提升學生實務專業能力與經驗，增進學生就業能力，訂定校外實習辦法，個人經過面試獲至大買家股份有限公司實習，實習期間為民國100年9月16日至民國101年1月31日止，實習單位在高雄店店總室底下的人資部，實習內容主要為人才招募。
在實習的過程中，我瞭解招募流程，更實際走過招募流程，在大買家股份有限公司高雄店實習的過程中我學習到很多新的事物和經驗，所以首先要感謝修平科技大學人力資源發展系的師長們辛苦努力幫我們爭取到校外實習的機會，讓我們可以到企業中實習，更要感謝大買家股份有限公司，給我機會進入貴公司實習，並在我遇到難題時，適時的給與我協助，使我在短短2個月的實習期間內有所成長，我從實習過程中，想提出給人力資源發展系系上和大買家股份有限公司高雄店及系上的學弟妹們一些建議。 |
