Abstract:	暑期實習期間榮幸來到友威科技股份有限公司-中科分公司的人資課完成暑期實習的實務實習，實習輔導老師為謝廷豪主任。友威科技成立於2002 年，主要業務以真空濺鍍機台設備的製造以及鍍膜代工為主；而我在實習期間，主要有履歷主動搜尋、應徵接待、聯合徵才、新進人員教育訓練流程及講義製作和一些交辦事項等等，過程中讓我接觸到許多實務的流程，學習許多寶貴的經驗。
