Abstract:	在學校上課時學到TTQS教育訓練系統，很幸運的是，在一樣的就學環境中，卻能夠有這麼樣的機會來到台灣發展研究院實習。近年來政府積極推廣TTQS教育訓練系統體制，也推崇個企業單位申請輔導以及評核，申請的單位逐年增加，可見TTQS教育訓練系統體制對單位還是有一定的提升及幫助。在實習當中也不免到企業單位進行助理作業，其中也看見單位準備評核資料的用心程度，積極程度顯現出單位的對TTQS的重視。在台發院實習當中擔任了評核助理、輔導助理、課程助理，其中在課程裡學到了許多人資人員對於管理以及規劃部分，學員也大部分都是人資人員，能夠將自己的專業進而學習提升將自身單位的教育訓練體制能夠更上層樓，使單位更加進步機制也更加成熟化。
