Abstract:	本人在100年7月在愛買復興店家用汽百課任職，現在三明治教學總時數超過系上規定的1050小時。這一年來在愛買的實習中，我學習到了多的寶貴經驗，學到了如何耐心的領聽客人的問題並以最專業的支是幫客人解決所有的問題，當你幫客人解決他的問題時心中就充滿的成就感因為助人為快樂之本，不過在這時習的一年中還是發生了很多開心與不開心的事，輕鬆與忙碌的的階段，我還是都撐過來了真的很感謝幫助與支持我的同事們，因為有你們的關心與支持我才有繼續與你們一起奮鬥的力量。我覺得這段實習對我以後的很作很有幫助，就算是與以後的工作性質不相關，我也學習到了人與人的溝通技巧，也增加很多的專業知識，所以我覺得去校外實習真的很重要也很有幫助。
