Abstract:	三明治教學計畫實習讓本人在健康鮮果汁學習了不少東西，包括了門市端技術面的知識及一些簡單的門市管理。飲料業在台灣是ㄧ個競爭非常激烈的市場，無論是連鎖加盟、私人企業、路邊攤，甚至是包裝飲料都是競爭對手。要如何在如此競爭激烈的市場中脫穎而出，這就是我去實習最重要的目標。
