Abstract:	本發明之電咖啡爐的本體中段位置具有過濾槽座供過濾槽裝卸，而於過濾槽座下方設置有盛杯座供盛杯放置，本體中之電熱組件的進水接頭與出水接頭分別與本體中的儲水槽及出水導管連通，出水導管的另一端則延伸至容置空間頂部形成出水部，使出水部與過濾槽之間具有適當的高度差，並且過濾槽的底部是呈由中央部份向外平緩地漸高之形態，並於過濾槽底部的中央部份設置出水口及過濾件。藉此，從出水部落下的熱水能對過濾槽中的咖啡粉產生沖刷翻攪的作用，以避免咖啡粉堆積在過濾槽底部，並且能提高熱水與咖啡粉的接觸面積。
