Abstract:	一種多功能筷子之結構改良，至少包含一支筷子，該筷子上端供使用者握持，末端則漸縮形成用以夾置食材的夾持端，主要係於該筷子位於上端之端面處延伸凸設一副夾持部，該副夾持部相對之二外側係形成平面，且平面中心適當處並形成一凹陷部，進而能利用該副夾持部穩固且便利的夾置豆腐或丸子等食材，且亦能將該副夾持部當作小杓子使用，據以增加筷子的使用功能與便利性。
