Abstract:	《管子》書中的哲學思想，兼融咎家而以道家和法家的思想為主，關於天、道、精氣及法的論述，頗為精妙。其特徵，乃足尊虛靜，倘變化，重道、法，容體、義，將齊魯之學的旨義熔鑄於一爐。《管子》的政治思想，首重治國之規制，施政以民為本，令順民心，為民興利除害。主張任勢用術，強調君主集權。鞏固領導;運用考核。嚴行賞罰。使吏治清明。《管子》更強調德治、法治并舉的重要性;為政施仁，重視禮義教化，是國家興亡治亂的關鍵。
