Abstract: 限制理論提到系統的有效產出,取決於瓶頸資源要素,因此所有非瓶頸的作業,都必須配合瓶頸的節奏來運作而精實管理是找出系統價值,並以顧客需求為核心,排除過程中所有無效的產出,本研究以限制理論整體觀的思考模式結合精實管理局部觀的改善方法,發展出Lean-TOC思維,前者能使企業達到節流增加有效產出,而後者能使企業達到節流的目的減少成本的支出與浪費,兩者同步運作,相輔相成,本研究以中部大里地區手工具產業為例,該企業經實施Lean-TOC思維的運作方式後,在整體觀與局部觀均獲得具體不錯的成效。
Theory of Constraints mentioned system throughput is depended on the bottleneck resource elements. Therefore, all non-bottleneck operations have to match the rhythm of the bottleneck operation. The Lean management system is to identify the system value, use the customer demands as the core, and eliminate all the invalid activities. This study integrates the theory of constraint which is more globally and the Lean management which emphasis more locally toward the improvement. And this study denominates as the Lean-TOC thinking process. The TOC enables enterprises to increase throughput as the Lean try to reduce the cost and waste. Both of these rules are synchronous operation and complementary. This study applies the Lean-TOC thinking process into the hand tools industry in Dali region as central of Taiwan. For example: The company receive fantastic outcome after implemented the Lean-TOC thinking process.
