| 摘要: | 企業不斷追求永續經營，以低減成本、降低設備故障時間，降低工程間庫存，提升生產效率，提升品質，降低工程內不良率等，期望能尋找出對策來提升企業本身競爭力。為此A-Team (自行車協進會)在2003年引進豐田生產系統(Toyota Production System簡稱TPS)，2006年透過中衛發展中心協助，聘請慧國工業大野義男副總經理與江瑞坤常務董事為指導老師對A-Team成員導入全面品質管理TQM (Total Quality Management)， 2009年正式導入全面生產保養TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)，並以推展三位一體(整合TPS、TQM、TPM活動簡稱三位一體)來作為今後改善活動。
本研究中以A-Team會員廠商的個案公司之L1生產組立線為實證研究對象，多年來個案公司從導入TPS、TQM、TPM到三位一體活動，透過本研究得知實證結果，在低減成本的加班時間平均每日下降2.1小時、設備故障時間下降57%、工程間庫存下降50%、生產可動率提升14%、工程內不良率下降50%等都有耀眼成果，並運用ANOVA分析結果皆為顯著，證明本研究生產管理改善活動具相當的有效性，可作為往後企業推行活動參考依據。
TPS, TQM and TPM systems have been the solutions to strengthen a company’s competitiveness. For this reason, Taiwan Bike Industry Cluster A-Team implemented TPS (Toyota Production System), TQM (Total Quality Management) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) in 2003, 2006 and 2009 respectively and is carrying out TPS, TQM and TPM three-in-one system now.
This research, by reviewing the implementation of TPS, TQM and TPM three-in-one system in an assembly line in an A-Team member manufacturer, demonstrates the effects of these three systems in reducing costs, lead times and stock as well as in increasing the production efficiency and product quality. In fact, the overtime was reduced by total 2.1 hours per day, the equipment breakdown rate by 57%, stock by 50%, and product defective rate by 50%; however, the production efficiency was increased by 14%.
In addition, as this research has been analyzed with ANOVA for its validity, it certainly can serve as a model for other businesses which plan to implement this three-in-one system. |
