Abstract:	政府多年前以優惠補助鼓勵建置有機堆肥工廠，近年因環保意識高漲，業者如不提升競爭力就面臨被淘汰的命運，經營者除了需改善空氣汙染之外，製程合理化更是刻不容緩的重點。生產者創造客戶需求的最高價值，並從杜絕被忽略不必要的浪費來增加企業的獲利，這就是精實生產管理(Lean Production Management)的信念。　　本研究針對個案公司藉由導入精實生產管理，以顧客的需求後拉(Pull)和及時化JIT(Just In Time)手法，並對廠區設施規劃及加工製程進行改善來確認實施成效，其目的是減少生產流程步驟和浪費，增加產能和競爭力，經實證研究顯示改善前與改善後有顯著績效，在不增加設備為原則下，新建立之價值溪流及增加的產量統計數據，本研究可作為改善業界改善現有經營之參考
