Abstract:	國內各大技職校院極力地推行校外實習，實習已成為在校生提早接觸職場的方法之一，近幾年來，許多技職校院開始推行海外實習這塊市場，將學生送往海外實習，進而培養學生的國際移動力以及抗壓性。所選擇之實習國家為「新加坡」，新加坡是由華人、馬來人、印度人及歐亞人這四大族群而組成的一個國家，而其中華人就佔了70%，可以讓英文較差的學生，也能夠出國實習，進而使提升學生的語文能力，並給予學生們不同以往的實習機會，讓學生畢業後能夠多一條就業管道。實習的企業為屈臣氏集團，分配部門為新加坡Parkway Parade的門市，在門市所負責的工作包含倉庫商品補貨上架以及門市接待，督導範圍為認識門市倉庫之現況，了解門市商品擺放、分布區塊以及倉庫擺放範圍等相關事宜，以協助顧客取得所需要求。坐而言，不如起而行，現今的社會許多老闆，需要的是能直接上戰場的人才，而不是一個甚麼都不會的社會新鮮人，讓學生們能夠提早與職場接軌，才不會導致畢業後到處碰壁。
