Abstract:	為自己的未來鋪路，感受進入職場的生活外，更希望能將在校所學的專業知識與實務結合，若了解了自身的不足，也能利用還在學校的時間來加強專業，反而更能增強自己的職場競爭力。以實習生的身分，反而能接觸一些跟工讀不一樣的工作，例如參與專案討論與製作，或是能接觸到企業主管。實習不僅可了解一家企業的文化，也可從中學習中高階主管的處事態度與專業能力，作為自己的學習目標，而這些都是在課堂內難以學習的。
