Abstract:	實習企業順利興業有限公司，是一間傳統產業的鋁門窗公司，而我的職位是廠務助理，工作不外乎就是電話接聽、文書處理、訊息傳達、訂單確認以及其他大大小小的雜事，雖然看似普通甚至感覺沒什麼困難度的工作，但其實必須要非常的細心非常的用心去記每件大小事，經由這次的實習，認知了即便是一個小小的助理，但只要出一點小錯也很有可能擾亂了公司的營運，而和年紀及生活圈不同的同事們之間的相處和工作上的合作，還有老闆與客戶之間的溝通技巧也都是我在這段時間內所學習到的。
