Abstract: "專題研究是以環保作為出發點,由橘子皮、柳丁皮發酵後作為果皮酵素液清潔劑,實驗包含了果皮酵素液的製作與在日常生活上的應用,並且於發酵期間開始觀察,紀錄發酵液在每周發酵過程中的變化,果皮酵素製作過程簡單,製作材料也隨手可得;除了節省金錢,用途廣泛,還可幫助減少垃圾量,對環保起很大的作用。
柳丁果皮酵素液的去汙力稍微優於市售的清潔劑。市售清潔劑中添加果皮酵素液使用,效果與市售清潔劑類似。噴灑酵素液於空心菜葉旁的土壤上,不太會有蟲咬的情況出現,果皮酵素液天然且無害,於種植蔬菜時可作為天然的驅蟲藥劑。"
