Abstract:	"專題研究是以環保作為出發點，由橘子皮、柳丁皮發酵後作為果皮酵素液清潔劑，實驗包含了果皮酵素液的製作與在日常生活上的應用，並且於發酵期間開始觀察，紀錄發酵液在每周發酵過程中的變化，果皮酵素製作過程簡單，製作材料也隨手可得；除了節省金錢，用途廣泛，還可幫助減少垃圾量，對環保起很大的作用。柳丁果皮酵素液的去汙力稍微優於市售的清潔劑。市售清潔劑中添加果皮酵素液使用，效果與市售清潔劑類似。噴灑酵素液於空心菜葉旁的土壤上，不太會有蟲咬的情況出現，果皮酵素液天然且無害，於種植蔬菜時可作為天然的驅蟲藥劑。"
