Abstract:	隨著網路購物興起，網路寬頻普及化促使網路購物發展日漸蓬勃，加上網路具有無時間與無空間的限制及成本低廉，我們看中這一點，做了免稅店的購物App，不僅少了店面出租費用，還可以避免在機上購買時缺貨困擾以及獲得比市面上便宜的免稅商品。本研究以「免稅店購物App」創作為主軸，針對台中清泉崗機場曾經購買免稅商品之旅客進行問卷調查；透過回收100份問卷加以分析及實際製作，將研究結果提供實務界創新研發建議。
