Abstract:	國內有許多各大專院校積極推動校外實習，實習是能讓學生們提早踏進職場的方法之一。除了國內實習之外，也有許多間學校積極推動海外實習，讓學生們去外面的世界看看，培養足的能力、國際觀以及抗壓性。新加坡是由華人、馬來人、印度人及歐亞人這四大族群所組成的一個國家。這次選擇新加坡實習，是希望自己能提高外語能力以及培養抗壓性。實習的企業為無印良品MUJI，分店位在於新加坡Marina Square，被分配到的部門是健康與美容用品，工作內容包含：補貨、清潔、架上商品陳列、收銀、接電話、顧客服務及IST。
