Abstract:	修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系，為培育更符合企業所需之基層與中高階人力資源專業人才加強產學交流，提供學生實習機制以增加就業力，訂定校外實習辦理，個人實習期間為民國104年7月6日至民國104年8月28日止，實習單位在研發部的研發一組、財務部的總務組。本次實習工作內容以校閱零件一覽表、核對泰國版和越南版工作指導書、分發新增或修改圖面，以利各單位作業，這次的實習過程中，讓我了解到原來學校所學和實際職場上的應用是一門功課，跟自己想像的很不一樣，當遇到問題時應立即發問，而不是杵在那邊，不知所措，不恥下問會獲的更多知識，交辦事項在期限內完成，適時表達個人的看法，進入職場前加強專業知識、人際互動溝通表達、熟悉作業軟體，是現階段必須具備的能力。
