Abstract: 本次實習因修平科技大學人力資源與發展實習合作，得以磐石保險經紀人股份有限公司實習，實習時間約104年7月1日至104年8月31日止，本次實習單位為保險金融業，屬金融保險業業務及行政組，工作內容為業務副總特別助理，業務組為對外客戶處理，行政組為文書處理為實習工作內容。
經由實習助理輔導過程中，與會許多客戶接洽及行政流程工作，在單位中學到許多內部運作方面行政彈性及非彈性間取捨，外部上面對客戶洽談前後訓練如何得體，在擔任實習助理期間見識到許多內部的大型教育訓練，在輔導過程中與其他業務及行政互動也有基本應對能力。
