Abstract:	在實習的兩個月中，每個學員都輪替過公司三個部門，在行政部學習到如何安排面試人員，從最初的電話篩選、安排面試時間、參與面試流程旁聽、人員錄取後資料建檔，並且協助公司整理歷年客戶資料、每日員工出缺勤檢查、訂單處理。在生產部門學習到要做出一個餅不只是把它包好，在包餅的過程中是相當重要的，有關於餅皮的厚薄度、包餅的手勢、步驟、餡料的量，都是有師傅們一定的流程、固定的方式，做出讓人讚不絕口的美食。在包裝部則學習到餅不但要做的好吃，顧客對食品的外包裝更是相當講究，如何拼盤、每一天的訂單包裝並且裝箱安排出貨，不僅要兼顧食品的衛生、外觀、食品的日期成分都要標示的清清楚楚，讓顧客吃的安心。整體而言，在企業實習中學習到實務經驗，學到了許多做事的方法，來提升工作的效率，這是在學校課本上學不到的。
