Abstract:	如果面對未來一年要綁約的職業，原本想要挑戰看看不同領域，想多學多看，但又怕不適應到時候會變得很痛苦。所以還是選擇了以前走過的餐飲業，畢竟以前在西餐廳待過的經驗。因此選擇了位於吉峰路的85度C。這家店是24H的店面，而我任職於早班，學習有關咖啡與飲料的調製，以及蛋糕製作、訂貨進貨等勤務。在這一年的時間當中慢慢累積1050小時之中，讓自己提早一年習慣就業市場，藉由時間未滿之前不能離開這裡的想法，堅持著我，讓我努力適應所有我無法適應的環境、主管、同事、客人、問題…等等。很開心有這次的機會能學習，這一定會對未來出社會的我很有幫助。
