Abstract:	民國105年7月4日在大台中數位有線電視股份有限公司-人資課單位實習兩個月，在短短兩個月裡，學習到相關人資行政人員的工作項目與工作輪調，並瞭解其他部門工作內容，有助於人資人員在選、用、育、留、才裡，如何選適當的人選，用合適的人，教育他的工作規範，留下好的人才。在人力資源行政助理作業裡，人力資源規劃的招募甄選是依據組織長期的目標與發展，針對組織中各種人力與工作量的關係，進行整體的評估與預測，以提供或調節所需的人力長期規劃；組織透過特定活動，釋放職務的相關訊息給有興趣且有能力的應徵者，目的是為了增加前來應徵的人數；透過方法或工具的使用，進一步取得應徵者的詳細資料，並加以評估，以甄選到最適合該職務的人選。
