Abstract:	化妝品在使用的過程中，關於人體的健康及安全性有較大的影響，是為了保證化妝品在製作的過程中能夠符合安全衛生法規的標準，各國皆陸陸續續訂定相關化妝品管理之有效的規範，例如:東協ASEAN在2001年制定化妝品ACD指令，東協、歐盟在2008年陸續推行化妝品GMP制度；ISO國際標準組織在2007年11月15日發佈ISO 22716化妝品優良規範；而我國則在2008年9月由工業局正式公告「自願性化妝品優良製造規範實施要點」，對於化妝品有了正式的管控標準。
