Abstract:	實習內容主要分為四大章，內容包括: 一、實習動機，實習目的與計畫。二、工作流程三、工作內容介紹四、結論實習目的: 一、本次校外實習之單位為台中縣的「新幹線花園酒店」，利用暑假兩個月的時間進行實習，透過兩個月實習可以了解職場技能並且增加工作經驗。二、除了滿足自己從小的好奇心外，最主要的目的是對日本客人的服務接待和各方面技能的學習，並且以此次的實習來了解自己在工作上短缺的部分並加以改進，在未來的關係工作上能夠應對並處理。
