Abstract:	為了瞭解自己的專業知識及職能是否符合現今職場所需，於暑假期間至企業實習，期望透過實習（1）瞭解自身職能、（2）提升餐飲業的專業知識及實務，進而提升自己的職能。透過實習瞭解，在餐飲服務業中，最重要的三個態度分別為「尊重」、「體諒」、「接納」。此外，如果能夠做到這三項條件，不只是在服務業的工作上，對往後的人際關係及團隊工作上都能有很大的幫助。
