Abstract:	這份報告是我實習於寶雅國際股份有限公司-大里成功店，成功店是在民國102年11月初開幕，店內販售商品有：開架彩妝、流行服飾、男女衣著、家庭百貨、文具、食品、五金雜貨等商品，在實習當中我擔任食品、家庭百貨、五金雜貨這部分的門市人員，主要是補貨、整理排面、服務客人、訂貨流程、退換貨流程，在這種大環境下工作讓我每天的心情充滿了鬥志，也感謝系上給了我這個實習的機會讓我的工作價值觀改變了很多。
