Abstract:	本報告的主要目的在說明學生於環久國際機構暑期實習之執行過程與成果。修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系為使理論與實務結合，落實產學合作，提升學生實務專業能力與經驗，增進學生就業能力，訂定校外實習辦理，本報告之紀錄之實習期間為2017年7月3日至2017年8月25日，實習單位為管理部人資部門。本次實習工作內容以處理第二類外國人資料，客戶系統資料維護及改善、相關行政業務，這次的實習過程中得到相當大的體驗，更加了解實際進行實作時需要將學校所學習知識運用與差別，當遇到問題的同時應主動詢問請教，工作事項執行的進度須告知，適時的表達個人的看法，再進入職場前加強自己的專業知識、人際互動與溝通表達，是必須具備的能力。
