Abstract:	本次校外實習的目的是，讓我們提早了解到未來進入職場、企業工作的環境、應有的態度，以及讓我們知道在一間有規模的企業體系下，子公司是如何運作的，在職場倫理中應該如何與同事溝通，使團隊合作更和諧、增加公司績效、讓同仁朝向共同目標邁進。這次的實習單位為大安生醫（股）有限公司生產課、資材課、業務課實習，其主要的工作內容為處理進出貨事宜、貨品盤點抽檢、業務後勤行政工作之內容，這些工作內容能展現於學校所學習的專業課程，應用於實習督導指派的工作上，以完成實習督導分配的工作項目。在大安生醫（股）有限公司作為實習，透過在職企業的有效學習，讓我增廣見聞，學習到許多在校學不到的職場知識，也讓我有更豐富的工作經驗。
