Abstract:	大四的實習單位為瑋鉅企業管理顧問股份有限公司，在此實習期間為106年07月03日至106年8月25日藉由實習讓我可以提早的進入職場，學習職場所有的大小事情,以及如何待人處事、與同事們相處、還有用正面的態度去看待每件事和認真的做每個主管交代的事情，然後在實習期間好好的磨練自己成長，為了自己以後出了社會先做好準備。
