Abstract:	在麥當勞實習中學習管理相關知識，活用學校相關課程知識在實習過程。瞭解麥當勞內部訓練方式，麥當勞的人力資源管理有一套標準化的管理模式，這套管理模式具有鮮明的獨特性。在麥當勞當中管理人員相關發展，代入“以人為本”價值觀，在訓練過程中傳授一生受用的價值觀與技能，每一個學習者在每一個不同的經驗裡，學道一生受用的價值觀和技能。
