Abstract:	大學四年的生活裡也慢慢進入尾聲，通常大多數人都將面對的就是就業了，我們從就學轉換到就業的這個階段是人生中另一段旅程的開始，在就業時裡面所學到的經驗與技術和一些東西可能是學校無法交給你的必須自己去體驗過後才會有所領悟。這次會選擇KUNHOTEL是因為在面試之前就有看過關於公司的一些簡介與經營理念，還有實習前的公司介紹，覺得是一間非常特別的公司，就決定去面試了。在面試當天也受到老闆的肯定，決定大四的實習就在知客實業有限公司實習。在實習期間我學會了的工作項目，內場的操作以及外場的操作全部都學會了，櫃檯的接待，以及善後的工作都做得非常的熟悉。
