Abstract:	實習公司我選擇了，成洋工業股份有限生產製造專業之不銹鋼 (Stainless steel )線、板、管、金屬熔焊接，各式廚房浴五金及展示架， OEM ，ODM 一貫生產之製造出口工廠。大四了，選擇實習為了想提早了解職場，實習可以帶給我書本上所學習不到的實務經驗,雖然基本知識很重要但實務經驗也很要。實習期間自107/07/02-108/06/30，實習過程中也可以培養自己的工作能力，透過實習也可以知道自己目前的職業類型是否適合自己。實習希望訓練自己可以積極以不怕挫折的態度，面對自己不足的方，並虛心求教來增進學習成長，然而在職場的人際關係和溝通關係，該如何表達才是對恰當。在成洋實習時，從零開始學到現越來熟悉整體公司營運的步調，也逐漸從操作員慢開始學習校模雖然還不是很熟練，但只要每天前進一小步到頭來你會發現原來成長了不少。
