Abstract:	大四在工廠的實習當中，我知道了很多的道理也學習到很多的知識與技巧，當遇到困難的時候不要選擇逃避，要去面對困難才會成長，實習也快一年了，剛開始接觸機台半年後轉到組力部門組裝減速機，在現場顧機台與操作機台也是都怕怕的，但也因為這樣我認識了很多的加工品與量具的使用，調到組立時也讓我能馬上進入狀況，從最簡單的開始學習到後面也有比較難組裝的型號，在這當中也遇到種種的困難，也在老闆的技術指導下讓我能夠冷靜的面對解決困難，只要去瞭解組裝的邏輯，為甚麼要這樣?為甚麼不能這樣?其實就可以理解它的道理所在。
