Abstract:	在這間工廠裡實習我學到很多關於工管的知識與技術,也讓我明白先進先出的重要性,假如沒有按照流程的步驟進行,很有可能就會出現混亂甚至會造成出貨延遲,會對公司造成損失,我們把工作內容分成四個組,這樣不只可以讓每個員工所需要做的工作內容減少,並且能讓新進員工能很迅速地就讓他們熟悉自己的工作內容,當我們遇到機台出現問題時,組長也會讓我們在旁邊觀察他們如何維修機台,以便後來再發生類似狀況時,我就能自己動手修理,每當我有疑問或是發生錯誤時,組長都很有耐心的指導我,讓我順利的完成後續工作,在我熟悉所有的流程後,組長開始讓我開始指導新人讓我了解溝通的重要性也讓我人力管理的能力增加不少經驗,透過工作實習這門課讓我能體早體驗職場社會,我也很期待能夠學會更多的知識與技能,好讓自己的專業技術能夠更上一層樓。
