Abstract:	參加這實習讓我覺得可以在工作上學習到很多東西，不管是經驗上還是人際溝通上都可以學習到更多，也可以趁這一年當中存到一些小儲蓄，在未來的路上尋找自己的目標，不管是在哪裡都可以隨機應變。老一輩的觀念會覺得讀到大學了為什麼還要去做餐飲業，幫人家端盤子除外還不能好好的正常放假，人家放連假我們服務業正是辛苦的時候，但往往沒想到，我在這一年裡真的學到了很多之前打工經驗裡完全沒學過的東西，很開心有了這次的實習，讓我有這麼棒的學習經驗。北澤國際餐飲集團的團隊真的很棒，福利好之外，在門市裡的教導也是一對一的方式，除外，會有不定期的考核制度，讓我們有升遷的機會。
