Abstract:	現今社會不斷進步下，促使產業多元化發展，造成摩擦性失業，透過人力派遣業可以幫助求職者順利找到適合自己的產業，也幫助求才者順利推廣職缺尋找適合的人才。人力派遣業不僅提升全國的競爭力，更奠定台灣的基礎。暑期實習，很慶幸加入藝珂人事台中分公司-人才招募部及行政部進行學習，這兩個月實習的過程中，讓我更加了解人力派遣業對於各企業中扮演著極重要的角色及重要性。藝珂台中分公司單位組織為：資深經理 Sammantha Wei；招募團隊 Mandy Chen、Gemma Tseng、Sherry Chen 及Maxwell Chang組成；行政團隊 Candy Chi 及 Michael Lin 組成。
