Abstract:	實習報告書，介紹在來來超商實習的目的與動機，將這一年實習的經驗分享，以實習專題的寫作方式來說明校外實習就是離開了學校，去學習學校學不到的事情，能見識更多事情，這些都是在課本上學不到的。在實習中會遇到許多的挫折，都要靠自己去克服，平常自己一個值班情況下，只能靠自己解決問題。實習過程當中學習到了與客人面銷、與客人相處、訂貨、退貨、盤點等等……，每個循環都是非常重要的，在這一年當中，學習到了非常多實務方面的技巧及專業知識，希望將來能運用於未來的職涯以及生活當中。
