Abstract: 在運動鞋的市場上品牌琳瑯滿目,消費者可選擇的品牌變多,而nike 這大廠牌如何在競爭激烈的運動鞋市場上佔有一席之地便成為各大廠商所需深思的問題。而本研究著重在對品牌忠誠度的探討,因為穩定的客戶來源是使企業茁壯成長的關鍵。本研究結果中顯示,提升品牌忠誠度的最重要因素是球鞋的外型和品質;其次為品牌知名度,而品牌形象對提高品牌忠誠度也有著不錯的效果。除此之外,品牌知名度對知覺品質及品牌形象也都有著正向關係存在。
