Abstract: 本論文利用溶膠凝膠(Sol-Gel)法在BFO摻雜Sm3+ 取代Bi3+ 成長於FTO玻璃基板上,並利用RTA快速升溫爐在常壓無通氧下,進行熱退火處理。並探討Bi0.94Sm0.06FeO3 結構薄膜的微結構、鐵電性、介電性等特性。
鉍元素的在高溫下有易揮發性,希望藉由摻雜釤元素對鉍元素的易揮發特性進行改善,降低二次成相的產生,並且以快速退火之持溫時間降低來減少鉍元素的揮發。
在X-ray量測當中,並獲得最好成長溫度為600oC成功成長出BFO(018)相,並且無二次成相。
