Abstract:	本文的主要內容為人資系實習生之實習紀錄，實習生以兩個月的時間於澄朗興業有限公司管理部門進行暑期實習，主要實習部門為一般人事作業與人資相關業務資料處理。透過在部門中適應、了解與學習成長，過程中相關問題都經由督導協助解決，除了個人的學習之外，也利用同事間的互動訓練自己，對在職場中所學之觀念與知識，對未來職場應用都有很大的幫助。
