Abstract:	本文主要記錄修平科技大學人力資源管理與發展系學生，於108年學年度暑期實習成果。透過修平科技大學與企業的相互媒合之下，參與實習的學生進入中禾國際有限公司行政部門實習，實習公司主要業務為外籍勞工之人力仲介業務，實習期間從108年7月1日至108年8月30日，在暑期兩個月內，了解行政業務之內容以及外籍勞工引進申辦流程，並且學習人力仲介業評鑑文件檢查與歸檔，以及聘僱外國人許可及管理辦法之相關法令。經過兩個月實習經驗，對於準備進入職場的學生，可以提前獲取職場經驗與人力仲介業必須具備專業、應對、解決問題能力，在學校學習與職場實習融會貫通，我覺得在未來職場上，危機處理與職場工作倫理，最後很感謝能有這樣的機會在人力仲介產業實習，希望學習到的經驗，將來也能運用到工作上。
