Abstract:	本實習報告主要在呈現人資系大三學生以兩個月期間至企業實習之過程及成果心得。透過暑期實習的訓練，了解職場的生態並且將學校中所學習到的專業能力運用在實習中，並且紀錄實習中所學習到實務經驗與知識。由這短短兩的月的實習時間不斷的讓自己接受考驗及淬煉，最終透過實習能夠增長自己的實力，並且更突破自己，創造屬於更不一樣的自己。
