Abstract:	本次實習專題內容以職場體驗、職場收穫至實習成果。在實習中，工作範圍大致分為，活動部、財務部、人事部、企劃部、其他與課程相關領域及非相關領域。實習參與過程，學到帶團遊覽車上的基本作業流程同事花了很多心思在教會我不要緊張不管你說什麼就是什麼沒人知道是對還是錯還有怕緊張忘詞就一定要寫說搞且反覆練習才能在場上不怯場特別幫我訓練不怕跟陌生客人相處常常鼓勵我勇敢開口有勇氣做以前不會帶團。原本什麼都不懂，想做也不知道從哪裡開始，學長姊跟我分享了很多做事的方法步驟跟人生經驗談。
