Abstract:	摩斯漢堡全名為安心食品股份有限公司，總公司位於台北，2017年摩斯漢堡台東新生店開幕，我的家鄉遠在台東，此次大四實習選擇回到家鄉來工作，台東的就業機會不多，人口外流嚴重，所以選擇回到家鄉盡一份力，從小對摩斯漢堡印象良好，因為摩斯的服務一向都很貼心很為顧客著想，因而選擇到摩斯漢堡實習實習時間是從2019年7月至2020年5月為止，雖然因為諸多原因沒有要繼續留任摩斯，但是這期間在這個職場上我學習到了很多，相信此次實習所學是使將來受用無窮。
