Abstract:	在109 學年度因系上課程而接觸到飯店業的實習機會，在實習期間於裕元花園酒店人力資源部擔任實習生，透過交通部觀光局的資料讓我了解到觀光旅館業的起源、發展與未來走向。實習參與過程，大多以人事行政工作為主，內容包括參與課程規劃、內部教育訓練課程協助、了解人資內部工作內容等實務操作。實習成果為學術理論及實質技術的融合，在實習單位學到很多沒接觸過的人力資源相關專業技術及工作，經由這次實習課程，讓我對於人力資源有更多的瞭解及未來發展之興趣。以下為觀光旅館業實習參與報告，內文包括實習產業、實習企業、實習單位、實習督導人員、實習工作內涵、實習心得等介紹。
